I get it; dealing with a chronic skin condition is intimidating and overwhelming. You feel obsessed about your skin, judged by others, and irrationally, even feel ashamed. There are days when you cannot think about anything other than your skin flaring. Again! I get it because I was there, too, when I was suffering from rosacea. So often, I felt completely vulnerable; other days, I was angry at my skin and the fate that this happened to me. This was all until I realised what changes in my diet and lifestyle my body needed to be content and at ease. Then, gradually, my skin improved until the inflammation was completely gone.
Now, I’d love to help you discover a healthy way of living to enable your skin to heal. I want to offer you a safe space where you’ll be listened to and understood. I’m here to offer you my knowledge, passion, and (I believe) great understanding of chronic skin conditions. It depends on what your diet is like now. The most important aspect of the dietary plans I create is to eliminate ultra-processed foods and substitute them with whole foods, simple but delicious meals cooked at home. Another crucial step is dramatically reducing gluten consumption, as it affects your gut health. If your diet is currently wheat-based, you may find it a bit challenging to start with, but I’ll do my ultimate best to ensure that your new diet is delicious and satisfying.
