Chia seeds pudding

Chia pudding is high in protein, nutrients (including omega-3s) and packed with fiber and will keep you full and satisfied for many hours. It should be prepared ahead of time - chia seeds need soaking for a couple of hours for their nutrient benefits, but it is so easy to make it and preparation takes less than a minute!


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

3/4 cap of plant milk or raw dairy milk

2-4 tablespoons of maple syrup

2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut (optional)

berry fruits for garnish (fresh or frozen)


Directions:

Combine the chia seeds, desiccated coconut (optional) and milk in a jar or bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour and max. overnight. When ready to serve, top with fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup.
